Sarah Clayton has been a market leading creative hairstylist on the Yorkshire hairdressing scene for many years and is passionate about pushing the boundaries and constantly evolving her and her teams skills to become the premier hair salon for new trends in the region and beyond.

Not only is Sarah a business women but also an educator well known to young hairdressers throughout the city who have gained invaluable knowledge through her teaching expertise.

She holds a PGCE and mentors and trains hairdressing students at all levels of qualification, in colleges and organisations in Hull and surrounding areas.  

Sarah has been an established salon owner since 2014 and has featured and written articles/tutorials in period hairstyling for the Vintage Life magazine as well as styling hair for television and currently, Hull Truck Theatre.

She has taken the team on the road to deliver hairstyling across the country at the Skin Deep Tattoo Magazine’s live shows and has been the regular house stylist at Hull’s Lou Lou’s Vintage fair. In the salon, Sarah collaborates closely with her team, motivating, delivering and organising new training to make sure they are happy, confident and fresh with current looks and trends.

Mousey Browns is THE place to be for innovative, creative styles and colouring but also is a  business that has a keen social conscience. Using Vegan products and being an active member of the GREEN SALON COLLECTIVE proves that Sarah is putting down sustainable roots in the community and the next generation.
